1/3 cup Water
1 Tbsp Avocado Oil (or any safe oil of your choosing)
Peel and rinse carrot(s). Cut in half lengthwise, then into 1/8-1/4 inch half-circle slices (dependent upon what thickness your child can handle)
Place carrots, water, and salt in a small or medium sautee pan.
Bring to a boil, then cover and cook on medium-low heat for 5-6 minutes until carrots are just soft enough to stick a fork into.
Add avocado oil and cook (uncovered) until the water evaporates.
Cool until carrots are the right temperature for your little one, and enjoy!
